RomoFrom Grime WikipediaBiographyRomo is a young artist from Birmingham, aged 18 who is multitalented as he Emcees, Raps, Produces Beats and even Acts. Romo is a very calm and collected young man and is definitely destined for great things. Romo Started taking music very seriously at the age of 15, Summer 2006. In June 2006, he had recorded his first vocal in his Grandmother’s living room, which didn’t get any further than a few mobile phones of young people throughout the Birmingham region. This first track for Romo was all about gaining feedback from his fellow peer group, to see how good of a lyricist he was. He continued to receive positive acclamations, which swiftly removed any thoughts of giving up his new found talent. August 2006, was the year that Romo met back up with an old friend, who was also into spitting Grime lyrics, K.D. Romo and K.D began to record tracks in K.D’s garage with 2 other Emcees by the names of, Bloodshot and C.G, who vocalled several tracks on some of Romo‘s amateur produced beats.Romo and K.D later on decided to form a musically talented group that would carry the name, 'Furious Flow'. There has been one or two changes with members of the group, but today stands 5 young gifted teenagers. The year 2007 was a nice year for Romo, as this year was the year he began to generate a lot of street credibility, which he gained from doing various vocal features on tracks with other artists, who had already managed to establish some sort of name in their surroundings. September 2007, Romo left school and went on to college to study performing arts and work with a company by the name of fit for life/ Sozo. By this time, Romo had become members of various different movements such as, Flatline Music and Word On Road, alongside Furious Flow and Fit4Life/Sozo. The Year is now 2009 and the young man is producing a wide variety of beats and following with the vocals to match. He is also working with well known Grime Producer Dexplicit. 2009 seems to possibly be a great year for the multitalented young man, But only time will surely tell. FeaturesExternal Links |
